TO apply fo this position you must have a good overall knowledge of GSM architecture, Ericsson RFKPIs/Paremeters andmust have previous Radio Network Planning exp Special Requirement. As anexperienced RF planner / Optimizer you must be able to conduct Radio planning based of field data from site survey of new site locations across Southern Africa.knowledge and expertise in using TEMS and PLANETtools.
