RF Presales Manager

Our client has instructed us to find an RF presales manager for a 1 year contract in a fantastic location in Asia. A great package is available for the right candidate.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain high level customer relations; investigate and respond
accordingly to customers requirements.
2. Service sales management meet the sales account quota, include seek sales leads,
identify sales opportunities, prepare and negotiate the technical and commercial
solution and close the contracts.
3. Write proposals and statements of work. Drive all customers facing included
workshop and seminars, solution or proposal presentation to convince customer.
4. Define the sales strategy plan and budget, find new opportunity while understanding
customer need.
Qualification and Requirements:
1. M.Sc. degree or above in Telecommunication, Electronic or equivalent
2. Minimum 5 years of RF Wireless technical experience of mobile, ideally also has /Core/IP Backbone experience but not necessary
network, knowledge of optical and Fix network is a plus.
3. Minimum of 3 years experience of professional service sales.
4. Ability to write and read English fluently.
5. Strong Capability in building high level customer relation (must show related
experience)
6. Willing to travel with short noticed
7. Ability to cooperate and work with people from different cultures
