REQUIREMENTS:
Education as
Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or Information Technology
- 5+ years experience in technical support team and Equipment implementation for 3G radio network controller elements (RNC and NodeB) in wireless communications networks, including understanding of Circuit Switch and Packet Switch Core network elements. Preference will be given to candidates that already have experience on NSN 3G NodeB and RNC..
- Has excellent IP, Unix experience and skills set.
- Understanding of network interface protocols, protocol analyzers and network specifications. Can independently use Network analyzer and other tools to troubleshoot technical problem
- Understanding of wireless network implementation and operations services.

BUSINESS UNIT DESCRIPTION:
Position will be part of North America (NAM) Care Services.
Position is in the National Customer Care (NCC) Group which provides tier2 technical support for helpdesk and emergency support to NSN customer in USA and Canada.
Position will be within the T-Mobile group within the NCC and will focus mainly on technical support for the T-Mobile 3G RAN network.
